Admissions

The first step is to complete the appropriate application form, found by clicking on the button above, completing a separate application for each child you wish to enroll. The application deadline is January 15th to be considered in our first round of placements. After the initial enrollment period, we will consider applications and continue to enroll children on a rolling basis where space is available. We will notify you if we have a classroom placement available for your child.

We base enrollment on the following priorities:

1) Church members and current staff,

2) Children currently enrolled (according to length of enrollment),

3) Siblings of currently enrolled children,

4) Children previously enrolled,

5) Siblings of children previously enrolled, and

6) New students who will be admitted with consideration given to the educational needs of the classrooms, cultural diversity, and date of application.  

Please note that we require all children to have on file with the school an unexpired Kentucky Immunization Certificate indicating that each child is current for all immunizations.

Our school affirms its commitment to cultural diversity, and will strive to become a diverse community of students and staff.  To this end, we will actively seek to enroll students, recruit staff, and appoint Board members from diverse cultural, economic, religious, and ethnic backgrounds and abilities.

There is no fee to apply for enrollment.

If we have a space to offer your child and you wish to reserve it, we would then collect a 10% non-refundable tuition deposit from you. This deposit applies toward the total annual tuition owed.

A limited amount of Financial Assistance may be available.  To request assistance please click on the button above and complete the financial assistance application, and submit it to our office by January 15th.

If you are interested in being considered for the current school year should a space become available, please complete an enrollment application and return it to the school. We keep a waiting file of applicants for one year and will only notify applicants if an opening becomes available during the current school year.

Enrollment applications are available on our website beginning on August 15th. The School will respond to applications received by the January 15th deadline around February 1st  and thereafter, as space is available.
